The Rocker Full Cut is made on the same frame as the Rocker Half Cut. One big difference: the Rocker Full Cut comes with a 15 degree adjustable motocross inspired visor. Super impact grade ABS provides shatterproof performance. The Rocker Full Cut also provides extra protection by covering the ears.
All Sweet helmets have differential density expanded polypropylene. Expanded polypropylene beads produce a low-density, closed cell foam with excellent energy absorption characteristics
EPP maintains its high degree of dimensional stability when exposed to temperature extremes.
Impact Resistant Carbon Fibre
Tepex Carbon Fibre reinforced thermoplastic shell is an industry first. The fibers in the TEPEX construction are bonded with thermoplastic (TPU). This produces a tough material which can cope with cold temperatures. It also recyclable and non toxic and therefore friendly to our environment.
2 Piece Shell Technology
The Shell is made in TEPEX Carbon Fibre reinforced thermoplastic for maximum shock absorbance and energy distribution. The neck piece is made of injection moulded high impact resistant ABS plastic
Lightweight
The superior lightweight construction reduces impact energy and all energy absorbed is distributed over a maximum surface area. Experience and construction techniques from high impact sports such as motor racing have been used while constructing this helmet. Fitpads
All Sweet helmets come with fit pads for custom fit. Spend the time to get your helmet fitting just right. A properly fitted helmet not only makes the helmet comfortable but offers maximum protection and performance.
Removable Ear Pads
The Rocker Full Cut (S1) comes with removable ear pads. These connect to the helmet through snap rivets in the rear and Velcro in the front
Washable Liner
The 4 mm CoolMax liner keeps your head cool and comfortable. CoolMax fabrics are designed to move moisture away from the body and enhance fabric drying rate thus keeping you cool and dry. The liner can easily be removed for washing.
